Clear advice in the planning/quotation phase as well as when the work actually progressed.  You always made time to answer all of our queries, big or small, and gave us advice based on your experience.  We never got the impression you were ‘up selling’ when we didn’t need it - indeed you talked us out of some unnecessary expense!
2. Meeting customer expectations. There was never a time when one of your team didn’t turn up as promised, unlike almost every other firm that has been involved in the project.  Indeed, we often got to the house to find a UPM chap when we hadn’t even asked, who was just getting on and doing the job.  Peter never agreed to a timescale he couldn’t meet so it wasn’t a problem if a job couldn’t be done as quickly as we had originally thought.
3. Local, family firm values but with a thoroughly professional service.  You were able to give a very personal service and understood the quirks of Parham groundwork.  It was also good to have the same team of people working on the project who we could get to know, rather than a stream of subcontractors, which made it feel like everyone had a vested interest in doing the job well.
4. Value for money.  We hadn’t had experience of a project of this size before, but feel that we have paid a very fair price for a job well done.

At Direct Mix Concrete we have 11 concrete plants ranging from Victor Harbor in the south to Murray Bridge in the east Welland in the west and Gawler in the north so if I have a water supply go down UPM are the ones called as there customer service is second to none. The team at UPM will ask me what water volume do I want out of a pump and ill explain to them I want so much a minute sure enough UPM delivers every time. I’ve had septic systems installed and what I was quoted was what I received with no hidden costs. I call UPM for all my septic system servicing, all plumbing needs including breakdowns, new pumps and pipework, backflow testing. I’m so happy with the service from UPM I wouldn’t use anyone else.
