CONTRACT RENEWAL
Thank you for the opportunity to provide your servicing needs for your Aerobic Septic/Waste Water Tank.
It is that time again to review and renew your service contract with us.
STEPS
- Complete the Service Contract Form. Select your Service preference.
- Check all details are correct.
- Advise us of any current issues with the system or other general plumbing needs for your house property.
- SUBMIT the Form.
(You will receive a copy of your submission for later reference)
SERVICE OPTIONS
- Yearly Plan – 4 Quarterly Services $316 per year (Equates to $79 per visit)
- Quarterly Plan – 4 Quarterly Services $90 per visit/quarter

SERVICE OF WASTE WATER/SEPTIC TANK
Each Septic Service cost includes the following:
- Site visit(s) – Replacement chlorine tablets
- Air filters – Water quality testing
- Check and adjust internal air flow components
- Advise on condition of Irrigation system – Preparation of test reports
- Copy of test report to yourself
- Submit your reporting to your local authority as per their requirements.
TERMS & OBLIGATIONS – YOURS AND OURS
Reports will only be submitted to authorities once UPM Plumbing has been paid for the works completed.
It is a condition of this contract, the customer is responsible to maintain/repair the irrigation system, including cleaning or replacement of any sprays, sprinklers, drippers, filters or media.
The Customer will be advised at the time (if home) or by your quarterly report, of any additional repairs, works or component replacement requirements, including any irrigation materials required to maintain the legal and effective operation of the system.
Any work carried out at the owner’s request, other than applicable above, will incur additional costs, at the current rate, for work done and materials supplied.
Please be aware quarterly servicing of your septic system is mandatory by your local authority and is needed to maintain the system in working order.
It is a mandatory requirement that on the day of attendance, our service technician states on the report, the condition of the septic tank and soakage system as found.
As Council are currently auditing all reports, further contact by Council may be taken as to ensure these systems are compliant as per SA Health Regulations and/or require upgrading as per the approved application if needed. Any future action taken by Councils is consequential as penalties apply to the service provider if false or incorrect information is stated in this report.
We will advise if septic tank or compartments of the tank require cleaning out to ensure the continual efficient operation of the system. It is a condition of your installation approval to have your septic tank pumped out to remove accumulated sludge every four years.
